Hey where can I find LVL 7,8 weapon's and shield's??? Happy Hunting!

Well, 2 of the lvl 7 shields I found in Sigma 13, altho the Positron based I have not found and thats the one I need of course so if you find it let me know in forum

Also In Sigma 13 go west and a little north "DRIVE SLOW" mines or gases can blow you up fast.. there are some wreckages with lvl 10 weapons.
