Grande Negra Cloud & Pequena Negra Cloud

Can anyone tell me where these clouds are (topic).
There are at least three shipwrecks and remnants of a station.
I'd like to go there, but I don't know where the clouds are.
They have to be in the Libery part, but as far as I know I have ran through all of the Libery systems and no luck so far.
I just need to know in what system are they in so I can go searching these wrecks.

in Texas, the clouds are between the asteroid fields... along the "left" side of the nav map. while flying you can ACTUALLY see them... big dark clouds... looks like a rain shower is about to hit.
