Need help to find class 10 HF shield "CHAMPION" g

I see this shield listed and have looked all over for it...I have the Brigantine mounted now but wanted to try out this gravuiton based class 10 HF shield.
I tried fixing rep with even the hessians and corsairs, outcasts and still cant seem to locate it...

Does the class 10 Champion exist?
Where can I buy one?

You can't buy them, they're reserved for AI ships only (though you could try to hack the .ini's and add the other two L10 shield types manually).

So the Brigintine is the best all around lvl 10 shield

Not sure, but I believe the only High end ships/ppl that use laser weaponry are the Bounty Hunters, so Positron or Molecular shielding would probably be best, unless you are not following the strict moral/ethical lines imposed by society and become one of them pirate types. Scan the ships your fighting the most, see what weaponry they use, then adjust your shields to match your opponents weaponry.
