Cant dock to a friendly Gas Miner

Hi there freelancers, in a SP I cant dock to any of 3 Gas Miners located in Hokkaido ( they belong to Samura & we have green relations )
so, what should I do ?! I heard rumors that there is a cheap FUEL ( like $5 ) out there, so it would be cool to trade a bit around.

You can only dock with the large stations.

Yeah, Gas Miners are just big factories for mining Gas.......they are not Bases.
