Before the mission following the safe escape of Quintaine and the introduction into Kusari Space(right after you meet George Takei) I noticed my rep with the Lane Hackers was reset to two squares toward the green, and rep with the rogues was dead even. To level up, I avoided Lane Hackers and Rogues altogether by setting up shop in Omega-3, alternating missions with Duamann and BMM. DO NOT take any missions in Kusari space yet. After making it to Magellan and buying the freighter, you'll have to sacrifice your relationship with the bounty hunters, and make sure you have enough credits left over to buy decent weapons, as the Dromedary only has 3 guns and 5 turrets. The best place to test the waters when moving massive amounts of commodities(275 space) is Dublin. I managed mine half of the gold basing myself at Graves Station and taking Molly Asteroid killship missions (which is hysterical since they always run straight into the mines, making quick and easy work) and I bought the other half from Battleship Hood. With 275 cargohold of gold and full amount of countermeasure, you can make it to Planet Honshu pretty safely, since most of the Kusari factions are indifferent. A trip from Dublin to Honshu with full load of gold makes a 326,975 profit. Sure there are better trade routes to be found but if you are only that far in the game (I'd say about half way through) it's a great way to mad money.
