Rogue Base in Cortez (Monetezuma)

Can anyone tell me the location of Montezuma base in the Cortez System? I'm trying to do Blitz's trade route here but I can't find this damn base.

Look around South of the sector.

There's an asteroid field in the middle-south of the Cortez system. The base is inside. To find the exact location, remember you can check the patrol paths. Click the Patrol Paths button in the map, and go where you see a convergence of the different patrols. This works well in general to find bases or jump holes.
