The Titan is in the Very Heavy Fighter class. It costs around $750,000, requires that you be level 30, and can be bought either at Crete (Omicron Gamma, Corsairs) or at Leon Base (Omega-41, Corsairs). You can jump to Omega-41 from several adjoining Omega systems with jump holes, just watch the high radiation. As for Omicron Gamma, don't set foot there if the Corsairs don't like you.

You've got to be lvl32, and they sold me the ship even when I was neutral (on the positive side tho).

I didn't need to bribe them, to get the money and lvl for the titan I did some jobs where i had to kill Red Hessians. Their an enemy of the Corsairs so their status became neutral to me when I did a couple of jobs.

But, you still need to be friend to buy that class 10 shield...
I say that need to be friend before because I was a enemy of corsair before so I need to bribe~~

Well guess what, I still wasn't friendly when I bought that shield.

In fact I have never seen buying a ship, shield, ammunition or nanobots refused because I was only neutral. It's only some of the weapons where you are required to be friendly.

i remember at one point that i must be more friendly to buy a ship though, cant remember where, but it was somewhere in the single player story line...or maybe i was mistaken, but as far as i can remember, only neutral is needed to buy the titan from the corsairs and friendly buy the c9 missle and sal mk ii

You've got to be friendly (and sometimes VERY friendly) only when you need to buy good weapons. Even if they almost hate you, they don't mind you buying a L10 shield off their base, apparently. Sounds like an overlook on the part of the developers
