It's basically in the middle of the cloud to the left (on the map) of the entry jumpgate, around 30 or 40 clicks away. To get a more exact location, click on "Patrol Paths" on the map, you'll see a convergence at a point in the cloud. Make sure you're friendly with the Red Hessians.

Basically, once you jump into the system, look to the right to an orange cloud, and head into it.
