How do we get the damn Nomad cells?

How do we get the damn Nomad cells?

I can easily kill the shield generators but I can't find the nomad cell. I use "go to " the way point,but to no avail,and it doens't get me to where I want to go. I tried flying manually but get within 100 metres to no avail. I thought I was near but no docking was allowed. HELP

Is there anyway to bypass this sucker? What do I do to get the fuel cell? I am completely stumpted

Once you destroy the generators around the edge, fly over one side of the big Nomad disc thing. The waypoint should be floating a little over the structure. If it looks like it's inside, then you are on the wrong side of the disc. Reach the way point hovering over the center of the disc, and it updates to inside the disc, and there is an open hole beneath you.

I struggled with trying to go through the wrong side for ages, and wasted so much time that by the time I had the cell, I had about 40 seconds to get to the jumphole. The game autosaves just as you pick up the cell, which was lucky as I had to try four times to get to the jumphole before it collapsed...
