What''s up with...

Ok, here's the thread to ask what the heck is up with whatever you want to know about.

My first question, what the heck is up with the Chukogu System, it's just an asterois field and I can't find anything cool inside..any ideas?

Be more precisely - there is Kyoto base - base of Blood Dragons.
If you follow storyline you will there someday.
