diamondbacks vs nomad energy cannons

i have a sabre:
armament:
2X skyblast B
2X nomad energy cannons
2X diamond back's
1X skyblast A

i have another 2 nomad energy cannons in my cargo space; should i mount these instead of diamondbacks?
i don't know for sure; since the diamondbacks do statistically more hull damage (1200), but nomads do enormous shield damage and have higher rate of fire.

it doesnt seem to matter much, cuz when fighting small ships, nomads are better, but when fighting larger targets (heavy fighters and up) en diamonds tend to hit REALLY hard....

or should i keep it his way and get tizona del cid's instead of skyblast for extra shield crushing ability?

The nomad guns are the most powerfull. If you figure it out (dmgxrate) for the guns, the nomad cannon is the most powerful.

I suggest that you should mix them up...
as nomad don't use energy, now the rest of your guns can't use up energy~

yeah, like said; it doesn't really matter much; with the nomads; i tear their shields up really fast.
but when their shields are down; the diamondbacks just tend to... well, rip em apart :p
wings flying everywhere, tailsections blasted off and such...
not to mention their shot looks awesome :p

nomads look a little pissy...
but i think i'll put the nomads on; the skyblasts arealso really good "rippers" :p

Diamondback will ruin your aim...thats why i dont use them

There are two different types of Nomad weapons, the blasters and the cannons. I use 2 blasters, and 2 cannons.
