Ouray or something like that. Excellent place to shoot xeno's till outcasts like you. If you are in a titan while doing this you really don't have to worry at all. They are weak.

go into the kepler system and as soon as you come out of gate go north west... there will be a base called nome and it is xeno... caution though i believe on the way there you will encounter radiation and make sure you can handle yourself against level 8 xenos cuz i had to
