Woohoo! Stickies!

Didn't realize it until the third time I saw the "MUST READ..." topic at the top of the active list, but Bargib has implemented sticky threads! This is a great and much needed addition. I don't know how much work it took to implement but I don't think it happened over a coffee break.

1. Posting on Joystick issue...not OK....use search
covered in the stickie.

2. Anything else is pretty much OK...
