Can the paramaters be changed to allow a tryly "Any Date" search? Some of the good posts answers are in the 2003-2004 range

Ok, it does look like the search isn't working as great as I had hoped, and I'll check into it. Please, please, if you see a behavior you don't like or a problem, the only way I can fix it is if you notify me by posting here.

@Plasma guy: can you post the search ([Link to this search)you are running and what you are looking for? I'd rather fix the new search than revert back to the old.

@Finalday: Is it because only up to 100 results are being returned and the result you are looking for is beyond that limit? I'm hoping to allow for paging through the results here soon which may correct the problem. Let me know.

Actualy, not that many in numbers, but rather in age. year 2003 The numbers needed is fine, 25 I usually use.

I've placed the old search back up until I can resolve these issues (you can still link to the new if you want to try it).

@Finalday: can you point me to an old post that "should" be returned but that is not with the new search? Sometime for me to test against... Thanks.

It was the Mod WTS-World ver2.3 I was trying to find. An older one, that I found again with the google search engine.

including an _ in the search field causes weird problems.

I was looking for info on how to make the level 10 graviton shield purchasable so I searched for: shield03_mark010_hf

and it searched for this: shield03[[[_mark010[[[_hf

the search is totally bugged... many "keywords" lead to missing results

i prepher have the old one back

perhaps you should make a cache of the top 20 searches or something, you could check the search and if it contains "manager" then it would say "are you looking for flmm <link>"

I dunno if that would help, might cut down on the amount of intense searches

i dont like that idea since it would set up preferences and other less searched topics wouldnt get a real chance
