Mod Errors Board?
Hi all,
I see we have a "hardware" forum, which seems to capture all on and off topic issues over hardware.
Whilst I have no issue over this as people obviously like to talk/discuss about these things, I am disapointed that the request in the general editing section for a Modding Errors board was dismissed.
There is ample help on making a mod and some help in fixing some of the simple errors, however, on the more technical issues I believe it needs a specialised forum.
I would like to see a board which deals specifically with the mod/spew/etc errors. I think if people can easily find answers to errors and spew reports and their meaning, less people would become frustrated with the modding exercise.
We have all gone through very difficult times in building mods where we can't put our finger on the reason for the crash/problem. I think having a board like this which deals with these issues specifically, will enable more modders to get through the pain and actually complete a mod, without giving up half way through.
Is there any chance of reviewing your stance on this type of board please?
