I heartily agree. It has come to our attention that these people are stealing work from all the other mods to make a "Super mod". Well, thats not exactly ethical, and i'm certain everyone here agrees with me when i say they should go away.

PROPOSAL: I propose that these people, along with anyone helping them, and all of their work, be banned from TLR. It should be treated like cloaking, because it has the SAME potential as cloaking. This kind of mod will spawn flames EVERYWHERE, and will tear apart the community. Any mention or files or ANYTHING should be prohibited. Additionally, i reccommend that all other forums do the same and ban them completely. If we have a wide-spread banning, they will not be able to advertise except on their own site. And no one would even think of going there.

PROPOSAL TO MODDERS: I know, i know, we all have giant projects we want to finish, well, so do i. But this is a threat, not only to our mods, but to the very community that keeps us alive. For their sake, and ours, when they release their mod, we MUST band together to finally create the many-times-proposed Super Mod. We MUST make it better than theirs, and we MUST do it RIGHT, any modders who do not wish their mods to be included, or have a certain part included, will be respected. No one will be forced into this. But i plead to all of you. We have to fight this, and one way is making it so no one would WANT their mod, because ours is better.

For the sake of the community, we must take action. This is a critical turning point, on which we can either raise to great new hieghts, or be cast down and our community forgotten.

For the sake of us all, please...

Please do not acept thier SUPER MOD becuase it might contain something bad.

You do not attract new members by calling their communities "Crap". They have even called TLR itself "Lame" because its down half the time... Why? Because of the sheer number of posts here. Every time someone browses through the forum the server has to go through millions of posts. Hell yes that will crash the server (A Note to the webmaster, try clearing out a bunch of old posts from the database, such as ones that are not tutorials. It may cut down on down-time ), and they should just live with it. The only people they will attract are people who haven't ever played freelancer, or been a part of the community. And not many people actually ethically agree with what they are doing.

They say they can walk right over us. They say they can do things to us. Riiiiiight. I'm sure we all believe them.... NOT. They do not appear to understand what happens when you p/ss off over 5000 people.
