BARGIB: IS THE NEW SERVER CLOCK CORRECT?

IS THE NEW SERVER CLOCK CORRECT? I'm in NYC. Local time now is 10:43 on Jan 1.
This is the first time my clock is more advanced in time than my posting clock which says that it is CET and should be about 8 hours ahead of my local time. Now it is 3 hours behind me.

Just checking.

Yeah I noticed something strange with this. I posted in a thread with 3 posts in it and mine showed up as number 1 ahead of the others by 4 hours.
