I want to see the newer post first?

how come i gant get the newer post option to work corrctely? i change it in my profile to show new post first. but it keeps showing me the old can a admin explain ?

bugged like in it not going to work? i would relly like it too to have to read through some long post just for some one to put bump is annoying
