Well, there are a few things that are kinda hindering the possibility of doing this as a job: we'd need to make money, so we'd be able to pay our bills. In order to make money, we'd need the B5 Licence from WB (for which we need even more money), and then we'd need to license the FL engine from MS (again, they want money).
So unfortunatelly, this is just a hobby.

As to how far we are: on the actual production side, not very far...

i'd love to help, but i am very basic like my skills , as i said, but i have made both the Logical Jump Holes MODs, and am currently working on Freelancer: Rebirth, a FL TC MOD based before the Freelancer game itself.
