Where is the Babylon 5 server?

i can't access http://babylon-5-by-tfk.no-ip.org , is there anywhere else the server-side mod can be downloaded from?

thank you, but that's not what i mean. obviously i would have anything that mentioned on the front page of this site.
however, this is what is said about the client mod: "This is a system MOD compatable only with the Babylon5 server (babylon-5-by-tfk.no-ip.org). "

i want to know where to get the SERVER mod from, as i can't access the url mentioned.
(unless i'm completely mistaken, and just don't know how to run this without the server crashing every time i launch to space)

i also cannont see the server even when i tried adding it to my shortcut via the -s method.

If you cannot find the babylon server i run the mod from my server also

I will make my own Babylon5_LAN_Server for a LAN_Party i have installd the Babylon5 Server_Mod 1.09.
If i run the "flserver.exe" the crashed after conecting i need help for that problem.
