no it isn't that at all.
I believe bargib gave me a hint on another thread about some scroll bar
where you can adjust the amount of time elapsed from your last post
(N.V.I. I set it on topics from the last year) but I'm sorry anyway because I should've looked with my eyes instead of with my hands
