Liquid Cooling

Since you're looking for help from someone who actually has installed a cooling system, I can't help you. That stuff makes me nervous or would make me bankrupt and I don't overclock all that much so I stick to air cooling.
Having said that, one brand name that comes up fairly frequently and favorably for water cooling kits is Swiftech.
