I don't know "Tors". Do you really think that Dafty could handle it? After all, a thread with more than 1,200 posts that did not even mention his name may just push him over the line into severe depression .

Don't count on it. The fact any of you neglected to mention my name was all part of my masterplan to mislead you all and have you believe I was gone for real.
But now I have returned with new and improved powers (V5.2.4, out in stores this summer), unlike any of you have seen before.

I use such vernacular, etc in order to amuse myself (and perhaps others), and more importantly to satirise the users of a particular dialect/pidgin language/vernacular. One must keep one's self amused after all.

It is actually satire of one of the expressions used (or allegedly used) by some members of the African-American community . One *could* make the case that "Diff'rent Strokes" influenced their vernacular, but that's not a statement that I would be willing to make until more research has been conducted

*choke - sputter - subject change* hmm well our resident elect and homeless O&A guests alike, both use swear words and don't think twice about threatening someones life - of course the one that actually follows through on his threats gets paid (less than O&A on paper), meanwhile our would-be rapist is sleeping in the park (shudder to think) - now thats irony, or something
