I hate babies

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

I hate babies

They're just... annoying. I'm at work, here... trying to work... team of people who don't even WORK in this room, hanging out in a circle, basically taunting the crying baby into crying more... GET THE **** OUT!

AHHHHHHHHH... they left.

So, am I right? Babies are freaking annoying. Tikes, to. I saw Apocolypto.... kid. 300... again, a kid there. WTF is w/ these parents bringing a 6 yo to a freaking gorefest? For that matter, WTF is with the theater LETTING these kids in? Obviously, the kid needs to go to protective services... &&&& those parents. Take the cry-box to a Disney film, I'm trying to enjoy some butchery.

Babies, FTL!

Hey, anyone here ever punch a baby?

WAAAAAAAAAAA! you just tune this out don't ya!? WAAAAAA! WAAAAAAAAAAA! well tune this out! - WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol

this is what the collective dirty look is for, and when that baby starts crying the whole crowd should just swivel in their seats toward it and stare at the guardians till they take the little noisemaker/pooptaker out (of the theater i mean - not assasinate it lol). parents: come on/ have a little consideration for the rest of humanity and HIRE A SITTER sheesh

Dev, I do hope you are jesting, and that in a bad way, of punching a baby. There is Waaaay to much of that in the country as it is, and I catch an adult or even a upper teen doing, they will find my fist meeting their face.

In other words, its not something to joke about.

You, sir, are obviously one of these damned baby-lovers!

The babies must be destroyed for the greater good of the species!

Jesus knew babies are evil... it's in the bible. Something about "blessed are the baby-killers... they sometimes mix their lies w/ the truth". I forget exactly. I think it's in Genesis, or something. Maybe Act III... the one w/ the bears?

Hey, I just realized... according to your statement, one might infer that you are all FOR baby-vs-baby violence. You specifically single out adults and upper teens... so I can only assume that a 13-yo pile-driving a baby is A-OK, by you. Dude, that is pretty messed up. That's like cannibalism... but w/ babies... and without the eating...

PS: Anything is jokable w/ the right sense of humor, and suitable lack of involvement. Meaning, yes, I AM a sick SOB, and have never punched (or been punched by) a baby.

PS2: ...but I DO hate babies.

Deviant: I know what you mean. When I went to see Hostel last year in the theater, they brought in about THREE 5-6 year-olds. As far as I'm concerned, that's straight up abuse of a child. Children shouldn't be seeing movies like Hostel, 300, or all those others. It simply isn't right. I complained to a manager about it.

Cold- pause the movie, just put up a frame going "TAKE THE FRIGGIN BABY OUT. NOW." that would be AWESOME. or subliminal messages every few frames saying parents take your children home. oh, for want of a perfect world...

It's horrible when they take a six year old that screams and screams, then they walk out finally. The only hope is that the kid will swear like a sailor and the parents will never do it again.

... not to mention that the babies of today are the hardcore gamers of tomorrow which will kick our all ass

I cannot stop laughing

ROFL God help you all when you finally have a screaming bundle of your own to look after.

**shuffles of with a new headache**

You're kidding?!?! That movie was pretty full-on even for my sordid tastes, what the hell were they thinking.

Post Thu Mar 22, 2007 9:32 pm

Musty: Not kidding. It's too stupid to make up. The usher should have done more to stop them. She should have told them to go get their money back or exchange tickets for a more family-friendly movie. I would NEVER, EVER take my kids(if I ever have any) to see a movie like Hostel or Saw III. The images that are shown on those screens are extreme. I remember my dad let me see Child's Play when I was about 7 or 8. That movie has never left my mind, and I hate it to death. So, movies like Hostel can have a lasting impression on young children. They might not remember it immediately, but they will later on, and no one knows what kind of effect it may have had. It may have none, but it may cause behavioral problems. I can't stress this enough, DO NOT LET CHILDREN SEE HORROR MOVIES! I'm no saint, but I can see the damage these movies have had and will continue to have on children and it sickens me.

Post Thu Mar 22, 2007 9:52 pm

Absolutely, I remember seeing pretty tame movies (in comparion to Hostel) and being effected by them as a young'n.

So long as you don't bring them to rated R movies, or teach them to spell, OR live off my money, I'm OK w/ you having a baby. But frankly, if it were me, I'd rather go w/ Angelina Jolie... nothing personal.
