This wierd thing...

Once I saw this wierd thing in someones sig. It was this bird holding up a sign tellin me my IP adress and the browser I was using. I would like to use it my self but I need the codes, could someone here tell me them?

Try looking though the Sig thread in the sugjestions forum. Note though, that sig tends to be annoying due to it's invasion of privacy aspects.

it's actually extremely difficult to mask your external IP when using a Windows system (although it's a doddle on Unix) and why would you want to anyway?

By the way...
The signature image is generated in real-time for each user that views it. Your IP address and other information are only visible to YOU, not to others, but because people see their own IP address and computer information displayed in the graphic, they think that their information can be seen by everyone!

oops sorry bp, I forgot that; you did tell me that on a previous occasion. quite how you've managed without a proper night's kip these past erm (counts) 33 years I don't know. Personally I can't do without my 7.5 hours a night or I feel like the clippings off FD's beard.

should I have a sig, or not? I've never yet found one I'm happy with. Except the one I nicked off Al-Basrah.net and I can't use that here. Anyhoo, i wouldn't use one unless I had my old account back, the account that FD says I lost the password for but didn't.
