Highjackers...

of a plane in 2000 that landed at Stansted airport (and had a four day stand off) have won a court ruling allowing them indefinate leave to stay in the UK.

well, they should be allowed to stay.........in jail. That way their safe from their country, and the population is safe from them.

Appeal judges quashed the convictions in May 2003 but insisted that their decision was "not a charter for future hijackers".


Doen't look that way to me. Nice to know some court folk in the UK do the same as the ones we have here.
