One thing to consider is that in the US the water has fluoride added to it. Do NOT underestimate how good an idea that is. From when I was 6 months old until I was three I lived in Okinawa Japan (yes I'm an Air Force brat, got a problem?) and they don't fluoridate thier water. When I came back to the states I had to have a lot of dental work done (about the price of a used car). Yes I brushed and etc while over there but the result was what it was. If you filter that out during bottling there goes your safety net dental wise.
