Happy Birthday to Killa!!!

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

It's a good hour and forty minutes into the 14th here in rainy England, so merry birthday Killa, from all the insomniacs out there.

Okay people, let's get some more guys to wish me a happy birthday huh? C'mon, this is my un-sweet sixteen.

Happy birthday! Only 16 eh? Won't be long before your parents start asking for rent. I know mine did when I was 16. Still, I hope you enjoy your day, Killa.

Yeah, but it's just too bad that today sucked more than usual.

Twisted my ankle pretty bad yesterday and it hurts like hell.

Got sent up to the office for a piece of graphite about a sixth of an inch long, and my LA teacher stole my only pencil today and wouldn't give it back. Then she looses it at the end of the day and accuses me of stealing it back. (Or as she put it, stealing a confiscated weapon.) So, my LA teacher has been harassing me for the past two weeks, and my hypocritical, lying and racist school system is on the virge of calling a diciplinary hearing for assaulting a student with a weapon. (Which of course, what really happened was I just got the graphite about a fifth of an inch out of the pencil, put pressure on it with my thumbnail and it launched and got the other student. It hurts like hell, for about half of a second, then you'll forget all about it.) Of course, as any student in Georgia schools know, most of the administrators show us how Nazi Germany was possible.

Oh, and yesterday I got a dress code violation for a shirt that said "Things you learn from video games." and listed several funny things. But it's against the rules because it has refrences to grenades and weapons (All weapons are easy to operate and require no training) and it is also sexually suggestive (All females wear revealing cloths and have great bodies.)

If this doesn't represent the failures of modern government, I don't know what does. I hate it here, and the only good thing that comes out of me going to school is that I get to see my friends for about an hour. Yet, since 9/11 the schools have become more strict, and created more BS rules that are supposed to make schools a safer environment, but in reality just causes more problems.

I hope tomorrow goes better, but it probably won't because that's probably when I'll get called up to the office and suspended.

EDIT: And I didn't even get a single present today, and when I got home and told my parents about what had happened they got on to me. I love them, and I hate to say this, but they are so stupid it's just unreal.

My school T-Shirt policy for our 'dress up' days where we get to wear normal clothes (We have a uniform) says we cant have any logos of any kind AT ALL on our shirts unless it says Nike or something like that. And a sixth of an inch is just a 2 ton truck of cow dung.

what a totally cr*p day!

oh well, 'tis not like you'll be there that much longer. But no pressies? that's seriously unfair, 16 is a landmark b'day and they should have got you something. I wouldn't dream of missing my kids b'days, no matter how much they'd pee'd me off.

seems like your teachers need an injection of reality, common sense and humour. Where is this miserable gulag school of yours? remind me never to go there!

(btw what's an *LA* teacher supposed to teach? the American school system remains a complete mystery to me!)

@Taw, it's in Henry County, Georgia which is in the US of A. Our state has the lowest rated public school system in the United States. Most people, when they find out that I'm sixteen and still in the eighth grade, they think "this guy's an idiot." Yet, the liars, racists and hypocrites that run my school system keep harassing the students, opressing them, cutting them down, denying personal liberties, etc. My LA teacher and my principal try to keep me suspended as much as possible so that I have to take zeroes for all of my work. That's the reason I had to go through the seventh grade three times. Not because I'm stupid, but because with me being suspended so much and taking zeroes for everything, it wasn't possible for me to keep my grades up.

The diciplin policy that's in place here ignores the wicked and tramples the innocent. No matter what, even if it's self defence, if you get in a fight at this school, you're automaticaly going to juvi, or at least a diciplinary hearing. This school system doesn't belive there is a such thing as self defence. If you get jumped by a gang (like you probably will in the area I live in) and you have four or five guys beating the living hell outta you and no teacher or administrator around, how do they expect you to just walk away from something like that? But if you so much as even block a hit, they'll consider it fighting and have your ass locked up. It's ridiculous the rules they have here. It's starting to warm up a little, so this is only a major issue in the winter, but because the administrators found a knife in my social studies classroom, so, the new rule was that you can no longer wear coats in the building. They fail to realize that people can hide knives in pant pockets, in their shoes, etc. You know what the next step is? They're going to tell us we can't wear anything with pockets. As Taw said, sixteen is supposed to be a landmark year, but no presents, teachers harassing me now more than usual, administrators instituting more and more ridiculous policies that in turn just create more problems, my parents getting mad at me because I'm sick of the way the schools are treating us.

Sixteen is supposed to be one of the best birthdays someone can have, but so far it's been my worst. I just hope next year goes better. It wasn't until this year that my parents finally realized that this school system sucked. They still have no idea how bad it is, and finally, they're pulling me out and letting me start homeschooling.

Oh, and Taw, LA teacher is supposed to teach Language Arts, or English as it's probably known over there.

This would be my sugjestion anyway. If I ever have kids, they would be homeschooled from the get go. No public schools for them because of what they teach.

@killa, henry county ehh, Worked there 3.5 years ago at Luella high school when it was being built.
