My Uni

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

what SW means by *biggest* is not the number of students or courses but the physical area of the University's grounds - ie pretty much the whole of Bophutswanaland National Park (where Umboto Gorge is located)

so what's this degree in? Psychology of the Hand-Reared Lion Cub, Elephant Dung Management, or Wildebeest Husbandry?

University of South Africa is the name
and no, I'm not talking about bein physically the largest, it has the 3rd most students in the world. Actually it is not located in Umboto Gorge, the main campus is in Gauteng, previously Transvaal.
It is a distance learning University.
You can study from several places in the the world.

you can find their website here

I'm doing a BSc computer science & information systems

Interesting. Sorry to hijack the thread but, just out of curiosity, have any of you heard of the International Baccalaureate program in the US. It's starting to replace the Advanced Placement program, and my school has had it and AP for a few years. I'm wondering because in a few months I have to decide which course structure to take, and still have no idea. I plan on going to a school in the US (because I can't afford anywhere else) and I just want input.

To anyone who gets it: O-H

Correct me if I'm wrong but the Bac L is the French qualification test for certain fields only, isnt it? News to me that it's being brought to the U.S., but I'd say think about what you want to do in your life before considering course direction.

There's the International Baccalaureate which is fairly popular with the independent schools in the UK and that's what they're trying to bring in to the US. It standardised so it's possible (or at least easier) to directly compare two students for university entrance purposes even if one of them is from another country.
