When sharks attack

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

When sharks attack

Yesterday I was watching a show about a shark bitting a teen's leg off. The teen was just swimming in shallow water at the ocean when a Great White Shark came and bit his leg off. Luckely there were 3 nersus there that helped him. He lost 2 3rds of his blood.

Sounds like life at one of our beaches.
Just hope one of my little sharks don't get food poisoning

Two thirds of his blood? He lived? Are you sure?

Ya. They imidiately took him to a hospital after that.

I don't think anyone lives after loosing two thirds of his blood?

Anyhow, we've not got that much shark-attacks up here north... I mean, anyone's ever heard of the Swedish Killer Shark?

Well he did.

I thought if you lost one quart (avg. person has 5 quarts of blood) you died. I don't know, I'm not a doctor. Losing two thirds of your blood before a transfusion would seem fatal to me.

Orillion, there is the greenland shark which is relatively common although most are blind due to a certain species of parasite and they're meant to be fairly slow moving.
I think humans swimming on the Swedish coast is more rare than anything else

Well thats what they said. He lost 2 3rds of his blood.

And you believe everything you hear right? I think its two quarts and your shark bait.

Well Cole, they did a scientific research of the blood. He was proved to have lost 2 3rds of his blood. If you have a complaint then call the nurses.

Post Fri Dec 09, 2005 6:42 pm

he may have lived...but he probably doesn't have much of a life left...
