I have yet to see a single french person on TV not lip synch - I think its an accepted norm over there.
I prefer this performance though La Isla Bonita, but that maybe because it's an English pop song instead of French. Mind you, prefer the French accent and language of the one you posted.... shexy!

Yep, same girl indeed, and that video was filled with hidden (or not so hidden) meanings and implications of things. The director obviously had a message to communicate beyond the obvious "Girl going out and enjoying herself".
Think it was the only french song I can think of that has been in the UK top ten, it was a bit like "Baby one more time" - in the fact that it could be termed "perfect pop".

To not start off another thread, I have to agree with Chips when it came to Alizee. She can sing, seems intelligent and she's cute. Damn cute in fact. I heard 'Moi...Lolita' a while ago, then totally forgot about it until around 3-4 months ago I heard it again while zapping through the music channels and found it, not surprisingly, absolutely awesome.

A girl in my school wears short skirts (north of the knee), boots (sexy ones... ) and is always eager to hug people... Plus, she's ten times cuter than your Alizee 
Uhm... seriously though... my 'dream girl' is in Germany at the moment... Dunno why she's there but she is... Ah well. Good subject to divert from the usuall 'Best game of all times!!!'-threads
