Taw - Actually, the artwork was completed by another animal friend of mine. I can hardly draw a stick figure 
. However, I DID add a bit of colour and a few other touches to the original.

Blimey, brings back a few memories, lasted a long time too, I believe it was created along the utopias thread, for us to have some states under us
ahhh, Soviet Borgia.. what a beautifull country, and so perfectly balanced, good economy, strong position, and best of all, no UN interference.
