And so it begins

As of today I have just started my GCSEs. I now face about a month and a half of study and exam period; lucky me. However I only have twenty actual exams or so ; I'll probably spend most of my study leave at home, 'revising' .

Today I just did my French speaking today , got Latin tomorrow.

Please, nobody wish me luck. I don't want to fall foul of Sod's Law

vos omnes pro peritia Latina mea caput demittere potestis

In other news, I also have GCSEs coming up. Go me. I've already done the French and German orals. Study leave is great, we can use the time for big social gatherings, so long as we attribute it to revision

Without sounding like an old codger, you have all the time in the world AFTER GCSE's to socialise - that 3 month long summer in fact.

Whilst not the most important exams (I rate A-Levels as being far and away more important, as they grades you get then really DO count heavily for the rest of your life... GCSE's, however, do not) - you should wait til after they are done

Actually we did get some revision done, considering that they are now more important. Universities now make offers based on your predicted grades at A level, which are in turn based on your grades at GCSE.

So yeah, easy they may be, but still worth working for.
