Tomb Raider Copys! or FL Copys?

I've noticed an extremely distinct similarity in a few of the music pieces in Tomb Raider, and some of the space music in Freelancer, anyone else, or am I just hearing things.

BTW : The first tomb raider.

EDIT : I think one of them is music_omega_danger
