Signatures for forums

Who could make a real beatiful signature for forums for me?
I'd be really happy with it.

I am tired of sigs. I like to make them but I want High res and everytime I go to the site limit of 600 x 400 people mess with me. Because there resolutions on there comps arent 1600x1200 or 1280x1024.

Hmmm.... how odd! Why don't you just buy everyone 1600x1200 equipment?

I can see your point - ESPECIALLY in forums the post text itself is mostly unimportant, so why not let the sig cover at least 95% of the screen?

Sigs are important if you are a modeller or any modder who works with ships . If you model youd know.

In fact, I do model from time to time - but not (yet) for FL.

Hi-res models are really nice, of course - I was just thinking of those who use dialup or lower screen resolutions. Afaik, the maximum size for a forum sig should be the same size as for a banner, that is 468x60. Correct?

Sig are more for when you are new. After everyone knows you, they arn't needed. Pic ones tend to trun too big as well. A phrase, tells folks a little about you, but, what you post in the reply/thread, says a whole lot more. So sigs, tend to go the way side of importance.

. Yeah I know. As a matter of fact, that's why I decided to go by the sig 'LXP'. Conveniently enough, that shows up automagically on the left of my posts. Also, seems to load pretty fast.

I am on 14.4. if anyone has a problem with Dial up then its me. And once it takes 30 seconds to load my browser caches it and I dont have to load it again fow a week or so. If everyone in a thread posted pics then I might have a problem. But for a 65kb file I have absolutley no problem with a picture.

The best signature you can get is one you think of yourself

Try to keep it brief; perhaps add a little irony to keep it light and unserious. Finalday is correct in saying that sigs become redundant when people start to know you so don't agonise for hours on what you want to be your magnum opus.

For example:
"I'm not evil; just morally challenged" was/is my signature.

And please, please, please get the grammar and spelling right
