We truly seem to be entering an architectural Golden Age. Hardly a week goes by without us hearing about some new project. The Taipei tower, all those projects in Dubai, that big bridge in France.

Seems a strange, but probabily a good idea, to lure tourists (or a more desireable kind than the current chav drinking scum they get) - although located over the harbour would be much better imo.
