I'd like it also, yet there is a single problem that no matter what undermines it all
That basically means, if I understand the system right, that nothing really like an all-out war could happen.
Chat facilities. I'm sure Religion would qualify as a touchy subject in chat facilites. IRCA stands for Internet Content Rating Association, its for "protecting children". So, and there are probably some children who visit this site, I doubt religion is allowed under IRCA. The only way it would be allowed, is if noone got offended. Impossible, there are always some people who feel extremely strong in there religion. Politics would be another story...

* The nudity and sexual content of a site
* The violence depicted on the site
* The language used on the site
* Chat facilities
* Other topics such as gambling, drugs and alcohol.
