Overclock
Okay, I recently changed motherboards (A7n8x Delux to DFI Ultra Infinity) cause my old one crapped out... (not completly my fault. ESD I think...)
Anyway, I had the proc overclocked safely to a full 3200+ (I have a 2500 Barton), dual channel DDR RAM (PC-3200), Volcano 11 cooler, And so on.
When I got to my new motherboard, It will not accept anything that changes the FSB at all. It will only accept the 333fsb. I want 400.
What I mean by not accepting it, completly unstable, restarts even before windows loads, doesn't like it at all. Downclock it back down, it works fine (sort of, thats another story, bad cold-boot bug...).
Memtest verifies memory is good, PSU is good... I don't know what is wrong. I also think that my computer has the Cold boot bug cause of teh SATA controller. Not sure why though. (Thats why I leave it on all of the time.) I've tried Updating the BIOS, to no avail.
Any Ideas?
