who wants in? all i have to do is find some sovereign land and im set! then ill set up a website calling people to join my worldwide militia, offering new identities/passports/divers licences etc. call dibbs on your governmental positions while you can! Evil Dictator is already taken, as is Head of Secret Intelligence (SI).
