One Year

One Year

Well, in five short days the one year anniversary of my being at TLR will arrive. Whats this you say? I one year TLR vet with less than 300 posts to his credit? Bah! Impossible! Well, its true. Actually, I'm around more than I appear. I usually come here at least once a day, but I look more than I post. This off topic forum has been a real blessing for me. It provides a source of intellectual discussion (or reading) that is at a higher caliber than I find amongst my peers (and some of you are just too darn funny to give up.) During my time here, I have learned much of FL, created the limited, but satisfying Lego Freelancer project, and have simply become much more aware of world events. Thanks to all of you here for making this year an enjoyable experience- here's to another.

Dec 3 - rent due $575
Dec 11, Truck note due $400
Dec 20 - one year aniversery here at TLR
Dec 24 - Car Insurance due $580 (Every 6 months)
Dec 24 - tag for truck due $150
Dec 24 - Birthday, middle age
Dec, holidays and travel due

At least you guys can't accuse me of spamming to increase my rank *glares at Esky*. I blame it on my dial up. Maybe the mods could hand out a one year bonus of say... 100 posts to my count?

I do the *glaring* around here damn it! In any case JD, stop making excuses! I had dial-up until October this year and I'm of a relatively high rank (not that it matters ). And you want 100 bonus posts? *Shakes head* You just don't have the dedication boy!

I had BB when i joined here
Esq had D/U, and joined AFTER me.
Hes has what, THREE THOUSAND-odd more posts than i do?

i really dont see why anyone cares about their rank, it doesnt affect anything unless your a mod, in which case the title has to be given to you.

*glares at Esky anyway* I've made other contributions anyway. Why does post count matter? Perhaps I am somewhat of a celebrity since I hold what is undoubtable the lowest post vs time ratio here. Autographs anyone?
