favourite season

the first frost of the new year hit today, numb fingers and icy spider webs greeted me. i must be getting old 'cause i tend to notice things like the changing colours of the leaves more. the reds and oranges of the leaves and the brisk cold in late fall / autumn really do make me pause for thaught these days. i think i feel more alive when i can feel the cold air on my face.

what's your fave season? do you live somewhere where it even changes enough to notice? or will you be snow bound for six months and tanned for the other?

I prefer fall and spring...summers too hot(today was horrible) and winter tend to be too cold depending on where in the country you are....winter's better than summer tho.

I am a summer person...i love hot weather mainly for the fact i can go swimming in the ocean..but i am NOT a cold person...(ironic i am moving to the UK huh lol)

I would like winter, if i got snow here.
I had a good design for a snow bunker, hollowed out in the centre, with a ice-reinforced roof held up by ice pillars, basically the same design as the Terran Bunker, but made out of snow and ice.

Winter!! the colder the better, Average hi of 25F / 3.8 C is good for me.

Coldest I have been in was -69F /-56.11 C in Kotzebue, Alaska, 20 miles above the Artic Circle.

Hey, what can I say, mom should have had me up north, But, i'm stuck in Ga for now.

Even as a kid, loved the cold. That Alaska trip was in March of 1972, when I was 13 years old.

i like autumn. not too cold not too hot. in korea you get less rain during autumn and the leaves are so pretty... besides, my birthday falls in autumn.. if im lucky..

Winter is always good. Personally, I enjoy looking out of the window at the rain while sitting by a nice fire with a good book

, but a glass of jameson irish whiskey and a black and white movie, maybe a bogart, packed full of cliches and one liners, with just enough volume to still hear the wind and rain is right for me

I like Autumn (Fall - I live in the UK), cus it is still warm from the summer, but not too humid or cold either
