Gyration Keyboards

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Gyration Keyboards

Anyone else have one of these? Just got one, like the smaller size and all, just play heck getting use to the mouse. You can use it in the air. Almost too weird. Any preferences on wireless as well?

C'mon...If you want to see a pic just use Google image search

Here's a Gyration Keyboard picture I found there...pretty cool looking...though I dont prefer wireless as batteries die

OK, am I getting this right...you have a keyboard that floats around in the air?
How does it work? How does it get to stay in the air?

Post Sun Nov 07, 2004 5:23 am

Oy! Expensive TOYS!!!

Post Sun Nov 07, 2004 6:17 am

No the keyboard does not float, you can use the mouse, holding your hand in the air, not needing a mouse pad

Post Sun Nov 07, 2004 6:21 am

oh ok
I found that its better to work without a mouse pad in general...

..sw..Does it float lol. My friend has one of those, they are pretty nice I like it. He says he wakes up brings the keyboard to his bed then starts playing.

@Para, the mouse uses rechargeable that sits in the chargeing base when not used. The AAABats in the board are suppose to last 4 months, though i can change them sooner just to be safe.

so the mouse has some sort of internal gyroscope in it?

if it were me, i wouldnt hold it in the air all day. would get tiring.

Post Sun Nov 07, 2004 12:48 pm

It does have a gyroscope in it, but the intent was your arm on the arm rest and move nly your hand.

OK they made wireless phones wireless headphones and now wireless keybords

What....It was just a little nuke

the wireless ones have been around for a couple of years. They are just getting better at it. I love this saller one. fits where ever I want to write at, desktop, sitting in recliner. I liked the laptop size ones better anyway.

I've always wanted a gyroscopic mouse, but now I'd settle for an MX1000 .

Post Mon Nov 08, 2004 2:58 am

why would you want a gryoscopic mouse? why would you want to wave your mouse mid air ? what if you drop it ? gryoscopes are fragile stuff..
