the line is for this PC only, but there are 2 accounts which use it...but I dont think that has to do anything since other account is allways logged of when I am on mine

and u should try mozilla its pritty good , it acctualy increased my download speed by about 10kbps . Was in 70s on IE, now am in 80s and even 90+kbps

So update is done, is there anything esle that could be done? a little tweak here or there or something
