The problem with wisdom is that only the elderly are able to understand it - the youngsters still need to acquire it the hard way

Life is sexually transmitted

Yeah, well. I thought this weekend was going to be good with my birthday and all. Nope. It all went to hell. First off, I wanted the day off from work, and I got it off, so I could just hang out and cruise around town. That got old real fast, so I was pretty much bored to tears the rest of the day. My folks didn't get home until after 6 at night. Then we went to have dinner, which was alright. To top it all off, my brother didn't even show. Not even a f**king phone call! If he had just called, it would've made my day. But he didn't. He also said that he was going to come down here during the weekend when he got off of work. No show. Again no phone call. He's never missed my birthday before. I never miss HIS. Looks like I can't trust anybody. Not even my own family. Just one damn phone call. I would've understood.

My birthday:

I woke up at 11 am My parents congratulated me and gave me their presents. A backpackersbag and some more stuff for my trip to Australia. I didn't want to throw a party or somethinf. I decided that I'll do that together with my farewell party. I went to waterpolo practice that night. I'm always the last to shower and dress myself and thus the last entering the clubhouse. The lights were dimmed and the moment I stepped in: music, lights, friends, family! Suprise Party!

Two valuable pieces of advice, one funny, one serious, both true:

Trust no-one, chances are, thiell just use ur dirt against u

Have VERYU low expectations, that way, people always surprise you!

Wiz - I agree with Arania; have low expectations when you travel here to Aus .

sw/Taw - I'm a forty year-old trapped inside a 20+ year-old's body *sigh*.

Can I tell about my bday as well?
Well, woke up, had to get up early, for some or another reason our computer study practical started earlier than others. Got a digital camera.
Went to school(as usual no-one remembered[but then again almost no-one knows about my bday) Anyways, so we want to check up on some of our work then we discover that the z drive(out network drive) is off. So we had to sit and wait till it was on again, which didnt happen So the 5 of us who were supposed to write spent 4 hours chatting and the exam was moved to coming friday. The rest of the day was pretty quiet
