Is the lack of defined setting intentional? Or does it become clear soon?

looks pretty good, fairly small cat of characters however, im assuming that we are going to see some stuff from TLR as well as RL?
One reason im asking is you forgot some of the OTHER major people on this place (gibby, eraser, wait, YOU FORGOT TAW? and me

the King and queen doesnt have a history yet, if you really want one I'll think one up, but they're not family in the story
