I will be more than happy to swap places. You leave for my job at 7:00 am start work at 8:30, have lunch at 12:00-1:00 and don't get off work till 5:30. You run 8 work orders, punch 2 apartments, deal with 2 contractors, 1 manager, 1 leasing agent and 8 residents. Then check the pool chemicals and balance them and put it in the log. Find some time to straighten up the shop. And then spen 3 hours running around with the fire sprinkler contractor check the lines they are flushing out. Hope the answering sevice does not page you. Do all this and i will gladly go to school for you in a new york minuet.

Don't forget having to work on Saturdays and Sundays FD, y'know the one's that are sprung on you 2 hours before you're due to leave on a friday for that weekend getaway.

As a question how many people are alredy working. Fulltime. like out of highschool and college. Im not I still got 6 years to go

But why do not like to go beck? Theres all the Babes to gawk at, friends to reaquent with. I always thought going back [at least the first week was ok. In Canada we back after Labour day in September.

A school scedual would be soooo easy. My work one listed above does not include the drive home. So I leave for work at 7:00am and get home between 7:00pm and 7:30, change and dinner by 9:00, so no time even for night school, not that I wouldn't mind going back. My time table has been going on in this business, Maintenance, for 21 years.

You folks in school, enjoy your time, make the most of it while you can, the real world awaits you and wants to drag you in.

I would love to go to school for you too! Only 6 hours or so of lessons a day!! Awesome stuff!

Me = same as everyone else who works - go to work, bang head against desk repeatedly, leave eight hours later..........unless we have to do overtime due to loaning our own people to other departments to see them over their staff shortages. Then you see them all leave before you, and wonder wth we are lending them our staff to get them done on time, whilst we work late to cope!!!! MADNESS!

Today i go back to fighting other banks who hide incompetantly behind the "data protection act". Yesterday I got a small munchkin who refused to tell me if they had received our letter due to the DPA, but it had NOTHING to do with client detals, and all to do with their imcompetance. Fear the banks who look after your money, as its scary how useless they all are!! The fact we have 4 full time people working to claim direct debits that other banks DIDN'T cancel, or took double payments every month, is shocking. Such incompetance!!

I have...6 days left. Up until now I have managed to supress the horrible memories of school, but alas, soon....it begins!!!!!! *crack of thunder and lightning*
I just about managed to make through the last year, and that was by doing no work whatsoever. But now, I actually have to do work- I need qualifications to move to Tasmania and start my own communist party (the Northern Irish dream). How can I survive? I don't know. It will indeed be a dark future, until christmas at least.

I hate the beginning of the school year- I have passed through the barrier between fear and I now dwell in the oasis of calm that comes with abject horror.
6 days...how did it come to this? Then, all freedom vanishes for month after month of pointless work.

Its the first thing the comes to my mind when you mention either: Fire, Burning, Pyromania, Molotov Cocktails, Fire Bombs, Petrol Bombs, Sticky Bombs, anything fire related and AK 47

Maybe its the Chavs, maybe its the subjects, maybe its my GCSEs...I dont know but if anyone can officially register me as dead, Id be most grateful lol
