UFO - Enemy Unknown

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

UFO - Enemy Unknown

Anyone else remember this classic oldy? The FIRST X-Com?

After FINALLY getting a copy that runs PERFECTLY on Windows XP I've found myself turning off messangers and settling into this and... getting my ass handed to me by Reapers,Sectoids and all the rest. This is tactics and strategy rolled into one insanely amazing and insanely difficult game. Even on Easy and Easiest at the start the Terror Missions will WHUP you then leave you in the mud.

Who else remembers this? Who else was any GOOD at this?

Awww man, who could forget? Sadly, whenever I played it, a couple months before I won, it would have a magical bug where my mouse stopped working, but hey...it was fun while it lasted.

And how 'bout Heroes of might and Magic ? and Monkey Island
the list goes on and on...

the mention of Monkey island summons the Rabbit-headed One from his upside-down lair, far far away..

Actually...I didn't think Terror From the Deep was all that great
Sure it was a good game, but it didn't really live up to the standards of its predecessor.

Bam. I loved XCom. I loved the choosing where to drop down your bases. My favourite location was Alaska. =D And the more I expand, the more bases I have. that game was key.

Fang TftD was the same but harder.
