hackers whats your view?

i want to know why does evryone hate hackers i am not one of course now ou will all think i am but why does every onethink hackers are evil thiere like lane hackers they may do something that are wrong but they have a subculture of thiere own
so i just want to hear every ones view on hackers
and just for the record once agian im not a hackers so you moniters can sleep easy

Because they damage your PC. Why else ?
And who cares if they have a subculture ?
They damage MY computer I am within my rights to hate them ......

This is almost like a political thread, and it can split the community in 2. (you mean, down the middle?

) however, there are multiple types of hackers.

True Black Hats - whose main aim is indiscriminant destruction.
Idealogical Black Hats - those who attack political targets, hoping to change the world.
Skript Kiddies - bored n00bs trying their hand at hacking. destructive and over confident. (i hate skript kiddies.)
White Hats - work for companies or hack to improve security in systems and software.
counter hacker - traces black hats for money, similar to a white hat.

Me? i used to be an idealogical black hat. but those days are long gone. DOS was my native environment, and now that has been phased out completely.

why hate them? most script kiddies its fine to hate, and even collictively thwack, but a lot of hackers are trying to get a message across that they can't get across in other means.
