Most people who use it don't know squat, and if it wasn't for AOL and their new anti spyware stuff and "auto fix" program, then they moan like hell. They actually have their own spybot/adaware program that is okay, but more interestingly enough - when something goes wrong, IF you can fix it, you do - but if you cannot - then a program pops up telling you what the error was and how to fix it. If they can't follow instructions - click "show me" and it does it all for you right infront of your eyes like a flash vid. Very nice feature for families i expect....but I find it annoying. They have added stuff that families and parents who don't know much will love to pieces, cause its easy to understand etc.
However, for those who know something about internet danger/problems - it would really piss you off. I don't know much, but now that better/equal deals are starting to kick about a bit, as soon as my year is up i will be shopping for an alternative. The only good thing is that they use mozzilla as a browser, and you can configure it simply enough by easy buttons. However, it does give you a "safely protected" feel about it that people like me might find slightly annoying - but for the money i am paying i cannot complain.....

p.s - most annoying thing. I cannot turn off the "you have email" joanna lumley announcement at all. I click on disable, and it won't. Now THAT is a prime annoying feature that i could do without - but mums/dads would probs ohhh and arrr over
