I don't think Sesame Street fit the description of what this study was about. Not sure but I think this was more in reference to flashy fast changing animation or cartoon shows.

Barney got a new actor i heard so i tuned in just for craps and giggles () and this guy is horrible! He sounded like a drunken hillbilly on marijuana
